MERI Group of Institutions signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Centre for Strategic Research (CSR) under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan in Dushanbe on October 13, 2025. The MoU was signed by Prof Lalit Aggarwal and Prof Usmonzoda K Usmon in the presence of distinguished dignitaries including Prof (Dr.) Ramakant Dwivedi and Amb Rajesh Uike.

The MoU aims to strengthen mutual understanding and relations between India and Tajikistan through joint seminars, conferences, research projects, academic exchanges, and policy dialogues on regional and global issues of mutual interest. It also seeks to enhance cultural, educational, and people-to-people ties between the two countries.
